    Early termination may be permitted in exceptional circumstances by mutual agreement. Approval is at the management's discretion. Additional charges may apply.   • Replacement Tenant Accepted
    Students wishing to cancel after the contract start date must find a suitable replacement tenant. The replacement tenant must: Sign a Licence Agreement for the full remaining licence period. They'll keep them safe until you arrive and they'll even leave them in your room for when you arrive.
