House Rules
Payment and Fees
Booking Deposit
A deposit equivalent to 1 week's rent is required in advance to secure the booking. The deposit covers the student's first week of rent after check-in. The deposit is required to secure the booking for up to 6 days following the stated check-in date.
Security Deposit
A bond equivalent to 4 weeks' rent is required after the student moves in. The bond is lodged with the South Australian Government. The bond is refunded when the student moves out, subject to there being no damage to the apartment or unpaid rent.
Pay In Instalment
No formal payment plans are offered. Rent is required to be paid weekly. Students may choose to pay fortnightly or monthly for convenience. Rent payments must be made in advance and not in arrears.
Mode Of Payment
Deposit: Bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. A payment link for deposit payments is stated to be introduced in the future. Rent: Bank transfer or credit card payment at the office. Cash is not accepted at the office for rent payments. Bond: Bank transfer or credit card. Cash is not accepted at the office for bond payments.
Guarantor Requirement
No Guarantor required.
Additional Fees
Any bank or transfer fees associated with the deposit payment are payable by the tenant. Welcome packages are available at an additional cost. Payment is due upon arrival at the property. Laundry: $3 per wash. Dryer: $1 per 16 minutes.
